Emergency Information
You may be unlucky enough to need help outside of our normal opening hours. Of course, not all problems require urgent action. Below you can see an overview of the typical situations that require emergency help.

Burglary where the window is broken.

Water pipes have burst and leak.

Severe flooding in basements in connection with cloudbursts.

Fire, in the event of a fire, call 112. If you need help after the fire is out, call the emergency number for further help.

Power outage - if the power goes out, first check to see if it's your relay that's tripped. Eg. due to overload. Then check if your neighbors have power. If not, try to see if there are lights in other buildings in the neighborhood. It may be the electricity supply in the entire area that has gone. If it is only you and the relay is not switched off, you can call the emergency telephone.
What do you do when the damage has occurred:

Call the emergency number +45 93 87 99 41.

State your name, address and telephone number.

Describe what has happened and what you need help with.

If you have had a burglary, remember to report it to the police on telephone 114, and possibly your insurance company. You must cover damage to your belongings yourself.
Can't get into your home?
If you have locked yourself out or lost your key during Midtby-Bolig opening hours, you must call our office. If, on the other hand, you have locked yourself out or lost your key outside the office's opening hours, you must call a locksmith. You must be aware that this is your own payment.
